Claims: Notifcation, Settlement and Prevention



Frontier Logistics knows the next morning if a shipment has been delayed or damaged and we will resolve the delay or begin a claim and notify you by 8:30 MST that morning. 

We handle the complete claims process from filing to settlement.  All we require from you is the original invoice showing the cost of the damaged or lost shipment. We work closely with the claims department and maintain all correspondence on your behalf. 

We also assist in claims prevention. We will work with you in conjunction with our Corporate LTL representatives to ensure that your freight is properly packaged for safe, damage-free delivery to your customer.
