If there is an issue with a shipment we resolve it then call you by 8:30 MST to inform you of any damages or delays.
If it is unavoidably delayed, with this early notification you will be able make adjustments before they become an issue with your customer.
You will receive a "Delivery Work Sheet" like this each morning by 8:30.
